Join area artists for live music and art the first Sunday of every month at the Minot Public Library. This free event will be held at 6:00 pm on the second floor of the Library.
Maker Mondays, a story/activity program for independent children ages 3-6, will be held on Mondays at 10:00 am in the Imagination Station of the Minot Public Library.
After School Kids Programs are scheduled for Mondays at 3:45 pm in the Imagination Station of the Minot Public Library. The activity-based programs are geared for school-age children (K-5). We do a different activity each time based on one of the STEAM principles.
Join us on the first Monday of the month for the hippest murder mystery party in town! There’s been a murder at Dance-A-Palooza and we’re gathering all the suspects, including you. Registration is required for this Adult program, dressing up is optional! This event will be held in the lower level North Meeting Room
Smart Start is a story/activity program for children ages 2 through 5. Children and their parent or caregiver will hear a story and then be able to take part in age-appropriate activities that relate to the story.
Our Reading Education Assistance Dogs will be available for children to read to on the first Tuesday of the month. These dogs LOVE listening to children read. Children may read for 15 minutes on a first come first serve basis. For more information about the READ dog, contact the Children’s Library at 838-0606.

Everyone is welcome! This storytime is the 2nd Saturday of the month at 10:30 am. We will be reading books, singing songs, and doing a craft with a community helper. We are hoping this storytime will help start great conversations for families.
We will help our community together and learn how to be Kindness Knights. During this program, we will meet at the Taube Museum of Art (2 Main Street N) on Saturday, April 9th, from 1:00 – 2:00 pm. Kindness Knights is for children grades 2-6.
