Artists After Hours: Poetry Jam!

April is National Poetry Month, a month-long celebration of poetry’s long-standing and impactful presence in American culture. To celebrate, April’s Artists After Hours will be centered around a Poetry Jam featuring renowned poet Joe Davis, with accompaniment from Madisyn Roberts, and Rick Watson! Come out and enjoy an evening of poetry and music, collaborative art, and more!

Artists After Hours are a unique, inclusive event centered on shared passion for creating art and community!
AAH events are all-ages, EVERYONE is welcome!

About Artists After Hours:
In the spring of 2022, we began hosting Artists After Hours events at the Carnegie Center in Downtown Minot. These events are intended to provide networking opportunities and a social environment for Minot creatives to gather in order to share their works and practice-insights, and to collaborate on music, visual arts, written works, etc.
Our goal for this program is to strengthen and support the Minot arts collective by providing local creatives access to a supportive network of individuals, working within the sector, who possess a range of interests and expertise.
