I’m holding myself accountable to writing a song before the year is out by making an event that I have to show up to. You’re invited. Maybe next time we’ll choose a theme. This time the game is- bring a song- any song- any genre- but it must be a new work. To the bakery. I will bribe you with free pizza, cold brew and scones. We will mess up. We will be nervous. But we will have birthed some new art and so we will eat carbs and celebrate.
