World Fest Artist Reception with LADAMA

Join us at Hotel Revel for an Artist Reception with LADAMA! This event is free and open to the public.

LADAMA is a group of four women, virtuosic musicians, and educators— Lara Klaus, Daniela Serna, Maria “Mafer Bandola” and Sara Lucas— from different countries and cultures of the Americas, who are sisters in song, rhythm and spirit. Harnessing music from their respective countries of origin, Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela and the United States, the group utilizes traditional and non-traditional instruments from across the Americas but with a modern twist to produce Latin Alternative music.

About Arts Midwest World Fest:
Since 2003, Arts Midwest World Fest has been offering small Midwest communities once-in-a-lifetime opportunities to learn about the world from musicians inside and outside the US. This year, Arts Midwest continues with tours from three global music ensembles to nine states.
