Join Us for 2026
Through our Arts in the City event series, we provide FREE all-ages concerts to the community every summer in the parks and in Downtown Minot! These events allow us to connect our neighbors with regional musicians, visual artists, artisan vendors, and businesses to develop and strengthen a culture of artistic enrichment and community engagement within the city of Minot. Thursdays Downtown
Held in the heart of Minot, Thursdays Downtown transforms downtown spaces into energetic hubs of live music, local food trucks, artisan vendors, and community spirit. With two performers each evening, the music kicks off at 5:30 PM and continues into the night. From folk to funk, brass bands to rock groups, Thursdays Downtown brings big city energy with small town heart, all summer long. We’re especially looking forward to having our events in Citizen’s Alley once it fully opens!
Sundays in the Park
Arts in the City has long been a summer tradition in Minot, offering free, all-ages concerts in Oak Park that bring people together through music, art, and community connection. This year, MACA is expanding several Sundays to feature three bands instead of the traditional two-performance format, creating fuller evenings of entertainment and opportunities for both audiences and musicians. Several expanded concert dates will also feature:
- Beer gardens
- Food trucks
- Local vendors
- Featured artists
- Family-friendly activities
- Community art experiences hosted by MACA
The Levitt AMP Minot Music Series
MACA will also have a weekly presence at the downtown Levitt AMP Minot Music Series by sponsoring opening acts featuring local and regional musicians, helping create additional paid performance opportunities for artists in the region.
The partnership aligns closely with MACA’s mission of supporting artists while helping strengthen Minot’s broader arts and culture ecosystem. MACA will also host interactive art activities and a featured artist booth during downtown events, further connecting music audiences with local creatives.
The Levitt AMP Minot Music Series, organized by Local Motives and Citizens Alley, will bring 10 weeks of free live music to downtown Minot this summer.
