It has been the Heritage Singers' privilege to serve as the Governor's Chorus, and to represent Minot, North Dakota, and the United States with concert tours of Norway, Austria, Germany, Scotland, Ireland, and most recently, Italy, where they performed in St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican.
The Minot Chamber Chorale is a 40+ piece, mixed chorus that performs four concerts per year around the Minot area. Each concert has a different theme and concerts are performed in different venues around the city. Usually the concerts are in October, early December, mid February, and late April. After more then forty-five years, the Minot Chamber Chorale is dedicated bringing quality choral music to the Minot area, and is still the only volunteer, community mixed chorus in Minot.
The Minot Symphony, a university and community orchestra, aims to enrich lives by providing opportunities for musicians and inspiration to patrons through education and the performance of diverse orchestral repertoire.
Mouse River Players is an all-volunteer community theatre organization. We are dedicated to providing live, quality theatre experiences, at an affordable cost, to the community of Minot and the surrounding rural areas. We encourage youth programs, workshops, and outreach to all ages in an effort to nurture an appreciation of the arts. We do not discriminate in any way.
The Minot State University Amphitheater has been the home of the MSU Summer Theatre Company since 1971. This beautiful outdoor theater is set in a grass-lined hillside north of the campus. A stage above the rest from the top of the hill!
