Community is at the heart of Prairie Sky Breads. Located in historic downtown Minot, our bakery and café opened its doors in 2020 – though our history of baking for Farmers Markets, special events and bread subscriptions goes all the way back to 2014. With our new café space, Prairie Sky Breads is able to  welcome guests for birthday parties, baking classes, pizza nights, business meetings, live music… or just a quiet cup of coffee and a scone! (NOTE: due to COVID-19, PSB has postponed most social gatherings, is committed to maintaining a 50% seating-capacity limit and does require a mask for ordering).
